This light summer salad highlight's the Farm's tomatoes and cucumbers. It's a very simple recipe that was taught to me by my grandmother who believed (and rightfully so) that every vegetable deserves to be a star without the need for any fancy dressing.
Summer Salad
2 tomatoes, cored and sliced
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
4 ounces of chopped bacon
salt, nutmeg and garlic powder
