Party Potatoes

6 Yukon gold potatoes, boiled

1 stick of butter

1 tbl. of garlic powder

flavored pepper

1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

1 tbl. of chopped chives

a little heavy cream

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Salt to taste.
